6th Dan (Rokudan) awarded by the Dai Nihon Iaido Renmei. The recipient is expected to completely understand the advanced level of iaido practice. The recipient may be eligible from two years after taking 5th Dan.
The patch for 6th Dan is a black base with white writing and a red horizontal stripe.
