Director

A Director of the 大日本居合道連盟 is someone what has been nominated by the Federation to participate in decision-making processes that shape the direction of the Federation itself. They are required to attend meetings by the Federation a number of times during the year, with the main meeting being held in May at the Kyoto National Iaido Championships. While there is no specific Dan requirement, most members are expected to be ranked as 教士 or higher.
